Shad Gaspard of Cryme Tyme posted a message on his MySpace account
explaining why he didn’t wrestle at this week’s Smackdown tapings resulting
in a rewrite and booting him and his partner off the Smackdown team for the
Bragging Rights pay-per-view. Gaspard said that Monday he was sick when he
was going back to the United States from Mexico and on Tuesday his symptoms
increased drastically to body pains, headaches, vomiting, diarrhea, and
nausea. Gaspard added that WWE officials told him to go home instead of
trying to perform. WWE creative scrambled and did an almost complete
overhaul of the Smackdown team which may or may have not resulted from this
incident.
