On this week’s ECW on Syfy, a Superstar by the name of "Vance Archer" made his WWE debut and defeated local wrestler Logan Jones. Vance Archer is Lance Hoyt of TNA fame; Hoyt signed a developmental contract with the WWE in April and has been working in FCW ever since. While in TNA, Hoyt held the NWA World Tag Team Titles with Kid Kash twice. Hoyt briefly worked in Japan before signing with the WWE and is a former baseball, basketball, and football player at Texas State University.
