Former World Heavyweight Champion Rey Mysterio will soon be taking time off again to repair his knee which needs surgery. Mysterio recently returned to WWE action after a 30 day suspension which kicked off on September 2 for violating the Wellness Program policy. In Summer of 2006 Mysterio also was operated on his knee and returned a year later at SummerSlam 2007. His feud with Batista is most likely going to be cut short as early as the Survivor Series this Sunday.
