The Saugus Advertiser newspaper is reporting that a witness who was present for the alleged assault of Randy Orton on a fifteen year old fan sided with the former WWE champion. The incident happened last week when Orton – who was eating at Kowloon’s Chinese restaurant – got approached by a fan for a photo. The fifteen year old then claimed that he wanted another photo posing together but Orton called him a derogatory name and spat gum in his face. The witness said that while Orton didn’t care for signing anything, it was the kid who actually talked trash to Orton and when Orton was going to reply other WWE Superstars who were with him restrained Orton and pushed him in the car. The fan’s mother was there as well and obviously sided with her son.
