It’s being rumored that Joey Mercury will join CM Punk’s Straightedge Society but that’s not confirmed. Mercury told people last year when WWE re-signed him that the plan was for him to join the group. In addition to Mercury now sporting a shaved head, he’s wearing jean shorts similar to John Cena.
Regarding Mercury’s dark match this past week, he wasn’t even suited up to wrestle when they told him just a few minutes before the match that he had to perform. This may explain the jean shorts look.
