WWE Week in Review: Edition CXV
July 11, 2010- July 17, 2010

Welcome to the one-hundred fifteenth edition of the WWE Week in Review. Feel free to contact me on TWO or Wrestling 101 anytime with comments, questions, and anything in between. Make sure to check out the section at the end of the article highlighting a different WWE Superstar, Diva, or Alumni every week. I have also added a section that lists where WWE will be hosting their weekly television shows and monthly pay-per-views.

Six nights before WWE Money-in-the-Bank, the 894th edition of WWE Monday Night RAW came to you, live, from the Rupp Arena in Lexington, KY. Just six nights before he challenges Sheamus for the WWE Title in a Steel Cage Match at WWE Money-in-the-Bank, John Cena will be forced, via the orders of the anonymous RAW General Manager, to compete against all seven members of The Nexus in a 7-on-1 Handicap Match! Also, six nights before they are two of eight competitors in the RAW Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match, “The Ultimate Opportunist” Edge would go one-on-one with “The Viper” Randy Orton! One week after R-Truth was brutally assaulted by United States Champion The Miz to the point of being unable to compete in the RAW Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match, R-Truth’s replacement would be revealed on RAW! The Guest Host of RAW will be none other than America’s favorite Mom as Carol Brady herself, Florence Henderson, would appear on RAW!

Monday Night RAW (July 12, 2010)
Good Week For: John Cena (along with unlikely ally, Sheamus, got a piece of The Nexus and ultimately scared the group off)
Bad Week For: John Morrison, Evan Bourne, & Yoshi Tatsu (were attacked by The Nexus for helping John Cena last week)

Detailed Results Follow…

It was revealed at the start of RAW that, as a result of John Cena’s attack last week, Nexus member Darren Young would be unable to compete in the 7-on-1 Handicap Match against John Cena, reducing the match to a 6-on-1 Handicap Match!

Before he faces The Nexus in a 6-on-1 Handicap Match later in the night and six nights before he challenges Sheamus for the WWE Title in a Steel Cage Match at WWE Money-in-the-Bank, the show kicks off with John Cena, who states that the only reason that Sheamus is a two-time WWE Champion is because the first reign came about after he “accidentally” fell through a table and the second reign came about thanks to The Nexus’ interference and that, this Sunday, he will regain the WWE Title! Cena then vows to take out every member of The Nexus and states that, with The Nexus, it is not about “winning”, it is about “survival”! Cena is then interrupted by the arrival of The Nexus as Wade Barrett says that they could come to the ring and beat the “living daylights” out of Cena, but they won’t because that would be “too easy” so they will wait until later in the night since they can do so with a “clear conscious” because Cena brought it upon himself! Barrett continues that The Nexus “stands for a much, much bigger picture” and that, due to Cena’s disregard for the anonymous General Manager’s instructions last week, Cena will get what he “deserves”! The anonymous General Manager of RAW then chimes in with an email which reads that, as a result of Cena’s “blatant disregard” for the GM’s rules last week, any Superstar who interferes in the 6-on-1 Handicap Match between John Cena and The Nexus will be suspended for ninety days! The anonymous GM’s email also reads that, if The Nexus do not tag in and out of the Handicap Match, then The Nexus will be suspended for ninety days! Following this announcement, John Cena vows that, The Nexus may take him out, but he is going to take some of The Nexus with him! Can John Cena get past the six member of The Nexus to stay true to his vow or will the numbers game overwhelm John Cena?

With former Divas Champion Eve Torres a guest on commentary, Divas Champion Alicia Fox went one-on-one with former Women’s Champion Gail Kim in a non-title bout on RAW! In the end, it was Alicia Fox hitting the Fox Kick on Gail Kim en route to picking up the win!

The anonymous General Manager of RAW then chimed in with an email that stated that, following Alicia Fox feigning an injury last week to retain the Divas Title against former champion Eve Torres, Alicia Fox will, once again, defend her Divas Title against Eve Torres this Sunday at WWE Money-in-the-Bank! Can Alicia Fox retain the gold this Sunday or will Eve Torres regain the Divas Title?

Six nights before The Hart Dynasty would defend the Unified WWE Tag Team Titles against The Usos at WWE Money-in-the-Bank, the two teams would be in action on RAW as The Hart Dynasty & Natalya would face The Usos & Tamina in a 6-Person Mixed Tag Match! In the end, it was Jey Uso hitting the Superfly Splash on David Hart Smith en route to picking up the win! Can The Usos achieve the same success this Sunday to win the Unified WWE Tag Team Titles?

Backstage, The Nexus’ spokesperson, Wade Barrett, confronts Yoshi Tatsu over Tatsu being one of the RAW Superstars who backed John Cena up last week and Tatsu tells Barrett that John Cena is his “friend”, which prompts the rest of The Nexus to surround Tatsu as Nexus members David Otunga & Michael Tarver attack Tatsu and leave him writhing in pain on the floor! Is this a sign of things to come for John Cena when he faces The Nexus in a 6-on-1 Handicap Match?

One week after Maryse assisted Ted DiBiase in defeating John Morrison and six nights before he is one of eight competitors in the RAW Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match, “The Fortunate Son” Ted DiBiase & Maryse make an appearance on RAW! Ted DiBiase proclaims that they are the “Million Dollar Couple” before saying that he was referring to himself and the Money-in-the-Bank briefcase and vows to “shower” Maryse with gifts once he wins the Money-in-the-Bank title opportunity! This brings out fellow RAW Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match participant, John Morrison, who tells DiBiase to not bother showering Maryse with gifts because the French don’t shower! This leads to Maryse trying to slap Morrison, but Morrison blocks Maryse, which allows Ted DiBiase to get a shot in on Morrison! DiBiase then continues the attack on Morrison until Morrison fires back and is ready to hit Starship Pain on DiBiase, but Maryse pulls Ted DiBiase out of the ring! What will go down between these two Superstars when they are two of eight participants in the RAW Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match this Sunday at WWE Money-in-the-Bank? Could Ted DiBiase or John Morrison win the prestigious Money-in-the-Bank title opportunity?

Six nights before they are two of eight participants in the RAW Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match at WWE Money-in-the-Bank, familiar adversaries would face off as “The Ultimate Opportunist” Edge would go one-on-one with “The Viper” Randy Orton! In the end, Randy Orton had complete control of the match, but Chris Jericho comes out and temporarily distracts Orton long enough for Edge to hit the Edgecution on Orton en route to pinning “The Viper” for the win! After the match, Jericho enters the ring and hits the Codebreaker on Edge, followed by Orton hitting the RKO on Jericho! Evan Bourne then rushes to the ring and lays Orton out before setting up for Air Bourne on Orton, but after Bourne launches himself into the air for the maneuver, “The Viper” strikes in mid-air with an extra devastating RKO! Could Randy Orton become the owner of the Money-in-the-Bank title opportunity this Sunday at WWE Money-in-the-Bank?

Backstage, John Morrison accidentally runs into Nexus member, Skip Sheffield, which leads to Morrison and Sheffield going face-to-face with Skip asking Morrison if Morrison thinks he is a “hero” for helping John Cena, which leads to the rest of The Nexus surrounding John Morrison before initiating a heinous attack that saw Morrison sent through a door and, ultimately, hurled into an anvil case! What is the status of John Morrison following this attack? Does The Nexus intend on assaulting every Superstar who assisted John Cena last week?

One week after assaulting R-Truth and taking him out of the RAW Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match, United States Champion The Miz makes an appearance on RAW and says that he used his “bare hands” to do what he did to R-Truth and that it “pales in comparison” to what he will do his opponents in the RAW Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match this Sunday! The anonymous RAW General Manager then chimes in with an email that announces that The Miz will go one-on-one with the Superstar who will replace R-Truth in the RAW Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match which is revealed to be “The World’s Strongest Man” Mark Henry! The match was short-lived, however, as when the Superstars spill to the outside of the ring, Mark Henry runs full speed at The Miz, but The Miz gets out of the way, which sends Henry face-first into the steel podium set up for the anonymous GM’s announcements! With Mark Henry down, a ruthless Miz continues to attack Mark Henry, capped off with The Miz dumping trash all over “The World’s Strongest Man” and smashing a trash can into the back of Mark Henry! What is the condition of Mark Henry following this attack? Will Mark Henry be able to compete in the RAW Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match this Sunday?

The Guest Host of RAW then makes an appearance as TV’s Favorite Mom, Florence Henderson, serves as the Guest Ring Announcer for a special Brady Bunch 8-Man Tag as the “Santino Bunch” of Santino Marella, Vladimir Kozlov, Goldust, & The Great Khali squared off with the “Regal Bunch” of William Regal, Zack Ryder, Primo, & WWE Legend Doink The Clown! In the end, it was The Great Khali delivering the Khali Chop to the head of Doink en route to picking up the win for the “Santino Bunch”! After the match, Florence Henderson dodged a kiss from Santino Marella in favor of putting the “lip lock” on The Great Khali!

Backstage, WWE Champion Sheamus confronts Evan Bourne, who is recovering from the earlier RKO from Randy Orton and tells Bourne that he would of dealt a lot “worse” to Bourne before The Nexus surround Bourne and Sheamus tells the group that Bourne was just “bragging” about how he helped John Cena last week! The spokesperson of The Nexus, Wade Barrett, then proceeds to bounce the injured head and neck of Bourne off an anvil case before throwing Bourne to the concrete floor! Sheamus then taunts Evan Bourne until The Nexus comes back and prepares to attack Sheamus as well, but when Skip Sheffield reaches to grab Sheamus, the WWE Champion hightails it, asking a stagehand where John Cena’s locker room is on the way! After initially refusing to work with John Cena to take on The Nexus, has Sheamus thought differently after finding himself coming face-to-face with The Nexus?

Then it was time for the main event as, per the orders of the anonymous RAW General Manager, John Cena would be forced to face all six capable members of The Nexus in a 6-on-1 Handicap Match with the added stipulations that, if any Superstar interferes in the Handicap Match, then that Superstar will be suspended for ninety days and, if The Nexus refuses to tag in and out during the match, then The Nexus will be suspended for ninety days! In the end, the six-on-one numbers game was too much for John Cena as The Nexus was able to defeat John Cena with Justin Gabriel hitting the 450 Splash en route to pinning Cena for the win! After the match, John Cena was able to escape being attacked by The Nexus by getting out of the ring, but Cena grabbed a steel chair and got two shots in on Heath Slater before entering the ring! The six Nexus members then regrouped and surrounded the ring, prepared to try and attack John Cena again, but a shocking ally came to John Cena’s aid in the form of WWE Champion Sheamus, who came to the ring with a steel chair and narrowly missed blasting a Nexus member with the chair as John Cena pulled David Otunga into the ring and delivered a pair of chair shots before The Nexus retreated! While Sheamus has apparently realized the threat to the WWE, including himself, that The Nexus presents and subsequently helping John Cena in Cena’s fight against The Nexus, the fact still remains that, in six nights’ time, Sheamus will defend the WWE Title against John Cena in a Steel Cage Match at WWE Money-in-the-Bank! Who will emerge from the Steel Cage Match as the WWE Champion? How will The Nexus respond to this new alliance between Sheamus & John Cena?

The sixth week of NXT Season Two came to you from Freedom Hall in Louisville, KY. After weeks of terrorizing RAW, the ruthless group known as The Nexus returns to where it all began as The Nexus targets NXT! Also, as a result of winning the Talk The Talk Challenge last week, NXT Rookie “Showtime” Percy Watson would host his own talk show segment on NXT!

WWE NXT (July 13, 2010)
Good Week For: The Nexus (won the Battle Royal and laid waste to WWE Pros and NXT Rookies)
Bad Week For: Kofi Kingston & Cody Rhodes (were the two Superstars hardest hit by The Nexus’ attack)

Detailed Results Follow…

The show kicks off with the Co-Hosts of NXT, Matt Striker & Ashley Valence, as the Co-Hosts bring out the WWE Pros as Mark Henry, John Morrison, MVP, United States Champion The Miz, Zack Ryder, “Dashing” Cody Rhodes, & Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston take their seats on the stage! Striker & Valence then introduce the “special guests” on NXT as the six healthy members of The Nexus come out and take their seats on the stage, opposite the WWE Pros! The spokesperson of The Nexus, Wade Barrett, states that it is a “privilege” to be on NXT and returning to NXT is a good way to “celebrate” their victory over John Cena on RAW! Barrett then states that they hope that the WWE Pros do not “instigate” anything with them as they are there to “enjoy the show”! Notorious for their ruthless attacks on WWE Superstars, WWE Legends, other WWE employees, and even WWE Chairman Mr. McMahon, will The Nexus truly sit back and enjoy the show or does the diabolical group have something sinister in store for NXT?

One night after being assaulted and embarrassed by The Miz, “The World’s Strongest Man” Mark Henry would team with his NXT Rookie, Lucky Cannon, to face United States Champion The Miz and his NXT Rookie, Alex Riley, in tag team action! In the end, it was a revenge-driven Mark Henry delivering the World’s Strongest Slam to Alex Riley en route to picking up the win! After the match, Mark Henry sent a direct message to The Miz by dumping trash all over Miz’s Rookie, Alex Riley! What will happen this Sunday when The Miz and Mark Henry are two of eight participants in the RAW Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match?

As a result of winning the Talk The Talk Challenge on last week’s NXT, this week’s NXT would feature NXT Rookie “Showtime” Percy Watson hosting his own talk show, “The Showtime Percy Watson Show” as Percy’s special guest was none other than his WWE Pro, “The Ballin’ Superstar” MVP! Percy Watson thanks MVP for his tutelage and MVP responds by urging his Rookie to make sure and always listen to the advice given to him! Percy Watson then states that MVP always talks about seizing opportunities and he is doing that, which leads to the other six NXT Rookies making their way to the ring to join Percy Watson! MVP then proclaims that, when he enters a “party”, he never goes “solo”, which prompts the rest of the WWE Pros to make their way to the ring to join MVP! NXT Co-Host Matt Striker then comes out and proposes that the Pros & Rookies square off in an Over-The-Top Rope Challenge, but The Nexus’ Wade Barrett interrupts and interjects the six members of The Nexus into the Battle Royal, stating that he will win the Battle Royal, just like he won NXT Season One!

The every man for himself Over-The-Top Rope Battle Royal between the Season Two WWE Pros, NXT Rookies, & The Nexus then gets underway, but as soon as the bell rings, the six Nexus members slide out of the ring! The plan of The Nexus is soon revealed after a collaborative effort by The Miz, Alex Riley, Cody Rhodes, Husky Harris, Kaval, & Michael McGillicutty results in Mark Henry getting eliminated from the Battle Royal as the six Nexus members assault Mark Henry on the outside of the ring and send Henry shoulder-first into the steel ring post! Shortly after this, MVP & Kofi Kingston manage to eliminate Eli Cottonwood, which prompts The Nexus to hone in and attack Eli; an attack that ends with Skip Sheffield blasting Cottonwood with a clothesline! The next one eliminated was MVP as The Miz & Cody Rhodes work together to eliminate MVP, which leaves MVP prone to an attack by The Nexus, but Kofi Kingston & John Morrison intervene with dual baseball slides into the ruthless group! This prompts The Nexus to re-enter the ring and actively engage in the match itself as Nexus member Skip Sheffield eliminates Lucky Cannon, followed shortly by Nexus member David Otunga eliminating Percy Watson and Wade Barrett eliminating Michael McGillicutty! With Alex Riley pulled from the match after sustaining a laceration to the back of his head, the six members of The Nexus then regroup and Husky Harris takes a run at The Nexus, but the group easily deal with and eliminate the third-generation competitor! The five WWE Pros remaining then form an alliance to combat The Nexus, but The Miz opts to eliminate Zack Ryder as a proposal of a truce with The Nexus group! The Nexus then surrounds The Miz and, once he realized what fate he was about to endure, The Miz high-tailed it over the top rope; eliminating himself in the process! With Cody Rhodes staying out of the way of The Nexus, the six members of The Nexus focus their attack on John Morrison & Kofi Kingston and, after thoroughly assaulting both Superstars, David Otunga, Justin Gabriel, Heath Slater, & Skip Sheffield eliminate John Morrison from the Battle Royal! With Cody Rhodes unwilling to get involved, the six members of The Nexus focus their attack solely on Kofi Kingston as the ruthless group assault Kofi before eliminating the Intercontinental Champion! This elimination left Cody Rhodes all alone with the six Nexus members as The Nexus stomp away at Rhodes before eliminating the WWE Pro, leaving The Nexus as the winners of the Battle Royal! After the match, The Nexus lays waste to both Kofi Kingston and Cody Rhodes as Wade Barrett lays Kofi out with the Barrett Wasteland and Justin Gabriel hits his signature 450 Splash on Rhodes! After once again leaving destruction in their wake, The Nexus’ spokesperson, Wade Barrett, proclaims that “you are either Nexus or against us”! After laying waste to Superstars and Rookies alike on NXT, what does The Nexus have in store for WWE Money-in-the-Bank this Sunday?

The 65th edition of WWE Superstars came to you from the Rupp Arena in Lexington, KY and from Freedom Hall in Louisville, KY. Three nights before he is one of eight competitors in the RAW Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match, Chris Jericho would go one-on-one with the lightning-quick Yoshi Tatsu! After weeks of being duped by The Bella Twins, “The Sour Songstress” Jillian would enlist the help of former Divas Champion, Maryse, to face Brie & Nikki Bella in tag team action! WWE Superstars would also see “The Brooklyn Baller” JTG going one-on-one with “The Latino Warrior” Chavo Guerrero, plus, Curt Hawkins & Vance Archer would face off against two local competitors in tag team action.

WWE Superstars (July 15, 2010)
Good Week For: Chris Jericho (picked up a hard-fought win over Yoshi Tatsu in the main event)
Bad Week For: Jillian (was once again duped by The Bella Twins)

Detailed Results Follow…

The opening match of the night saw two high-flyers square as “The Brooklyn Baller” JTG would go one-on-one with “The Mexican Warrior” Chavo Guerrero. In the end, it was Chavo hitting the Frog Splash en route to pinning JTG and picking up the win!

Curt Hawkins & Vance Archer were in tag team action on Superstars as they faced off against local competitors Matt Cross & Jamin Canceco. In the end, it was Curt Hawkins hitting the Heat Seeking Elbow Drop on Matt Cross en route to picking up the win for himself and Vance Archer!

The Divas were in action on WWE Superstars as former Divas Champions Maryse & Jillian would square off with The Bella Twins in tag team action. After failing to pull off their own “switcharoo” after the referee caught on to Maryse & Jillian not being twins, The Bella Twins successfully pulled off their switch and ended up getting the win!

Then it was time for the main event as, three nights before he is one of eight competitors in the RAW Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match, Chris Jericho would go one-on-one with Yoshi Tatsu! At the end of a hard-fought match, it was Chris Jericho locking Yoshi Tatsu in the Walls of Jericho, forcing Tatsu to tap out, that allowed Jericho to pick up the win! Could Chris Jericho be the one winning the Money-in-the-Bank title opportunity this Sunday at WWE Money-in-the-Bank?

Two nights before the debut edition of WWE Money-in-the-Bank, the 569th edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown came to you from Freedom Hall in Louisville, KY. Two nights before he challenges Rey Mysterio for the World Title at WWE Money-in-the-Bank, Jack Swagger would make an appearance on SmackDown to try and prove his innocence to a revenge-driven Kane over the attack on The Undertaker! Two nights before they compete in the SmackDown Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match, six of the eight competitors in the match would square off in one-on-one matches as Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston would square off with “Dashing” Cody Rhodes, “Captain Charisma” Christian would go one-on-one with “The Chosen One” Drew McIntyre, and Matt Hardy would face off with “The Platinum Superstar” Dolph Ziggler!

Friday Night SmackDown (July 16, 2010)
Good Week For: Kelly Kelly (pinned the Women’s Champion in a Mixed Tag Match)
Bad Week For: CM Punk (was humiliated by Big Show by having his bald head exposed)

Detailed Results Follow…

Three nights after they were both assaulted by The Nexus and two nights before they are two of eight competitors in the SmackDown Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match, Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston would go one-on-one with “Dashing” Cody Rhodes in a non-title bout! In the middle of the bout, “The Big Red Machine” Kane comes out and lays both Kofi Kingston and Cody Rhodes out with chokeslams before stating that he has “breaking news”! Kane explains that there will be a “bludgeoning” on SmackDown, because he knows Jack Swagger is a “liar” and he will “pronounce judgment on the condemned”! What grim fate awaits Jack Swagger at the hands of a vengeance-driven Kane?

Two more of the eight competitors in the SmackDown Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match were in action on SmackDown as “Captain Charisma” Christian would go one-on-one with “The Chosen One” Drew McIntyre! In the end, it was Drew McIntyre catching Christian with a thumb to the eye that allowed McIntyre to plant “Captain Charisma” with the Future Shock DDT that would earn him the win! Can Drew McIntyre win the Money-in-the-Bank title opportunity this Sunday?

“The Straightedge Savior” CM Punk and his Straightedge Society made an appearance on SmackDown and CM Punk assured everyone that there is no dissention in The Straightedge Society, but “The World’s Largest Athlete” Big Show interrupts CM Punk carrying two steel ladders; a standard ladder and a shorter ladder! CM Punk makes jokes about Big Show attempting to climb a ladder and Big Show responds by putting on a demonstration where Big Show tries to climb the normal sized ladder, but snaps a rung on the ladder! After dismissing the idea of even attempting to stand on the miniature ladder, Big Show brings out his own personal ladder, which Big Show explains that the ladder weighs over 350 lbs. and can hold up to 2,000 lbs. in weight! CM Punk then interrupts the demonstration and tells Big Show that, if Kane had not injured his arm, he would be competing in the SmackDown Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match, but while Big Show is distracted by CM Punk, Luke Gallows and the masked ally of The Straightedge Society attack “The World’s Largest Athlete” from behind; an attack capped off by Luke Gallows blasting Big Show in the face with the mini ladder! CM Punk then climbs to the top of the monster ladder and shouts the Straightedge “pledge”, but Big Show recovers and sends both Luke Gallows and the masked ally to the outside of the arena, leaving CM Punk alone with Big Show! With CM Punk stranded atop the monster ladder, Big Show climbs up and meets Punk at the top of the ladder and Big Show traps the good arm of CM Punk before Big Show places his hand on the top of CM Punk’s head and removing the mask of “The Straightedge Savior”, exposing the bald head of CM Punk for the first time! How will CM Punk respond to this utter humiliation at the hands of Big Show?

Two nights before she defends the Women’s Title against Kelly Kelly at WWE Money-in-the-Bank, Women’s Champion Layla would team with one-half of The Dude Busters, Trent Barreta to face the team of Kelly Kelly & “The Masterpiece” Chris Masters in Mixed Tag action! In the middle of the match, Rosa Mendes comes to ringside, jumping rope, in an attempt to impress Layla, but Rosa distracted both of The Dude Busters and Chris Masters took out both Caylen Croft & Trent Barreta, which left Layla all alone with Kelly Kelly and the #1 Contender for the Women’s Title hits Layla with the K2 en route to pinning the Women’s Champion and picking up the win! Can Kelly Kelly dethrone Layla as the Women’s Champion this Sunday or will Layla find a way to retain the gold in her first title defense?

Before he goes one-on-one with Dolph Ziggler, Matt Hardy states that he is just as “comfortable” on top of a ladder as he is standing on the ground and, at WWE Money-in-the-Bank he will win the Money-in-the-Bank title opportunity and cash it in on the same night to leave WWE Money-in-the-Bank as the World Heavyweight Champion! Can Matt Hardy make good on his promise this Sunday at WWE Money-in-the-Bank?

Two more of the eight competitors in the SmackDown Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match were in action on SmackDown as Matt Hardy would go one-on-one with “The Platinum Superstar” Dolph Ziggler, who is accompanied by SmackDown Consultant Vickie Guerrero! In the end, it was Vickie Guerrero providing the distraction that allowed Dolph Ziggler to catch Matt Hardy with the Zig Zag en route to pinning Matt and picking up the win! Can Dolph Ziggler win the Money-in-the-Bank title opportunity this Sunday?

Then it was time for “The All-American American” Jack Swagger to potentially face the music as Jack Swagger would try to prove his innocence to Kane in the attack on The Undertaker as Jack Swagger appears with his father and states that he could not have attacked The Undertaker because he spent that day with his father! The Swaggers then present photos of their day together, but Kane interrupts and tells Swagger that he does not believe a word he just said! Swagger frantically tries to prove his innocence to Kane, but “The Big Red Machine” grabs Swagger by the throat and is prepared to deliver a chokeslam to “The All-American American”, but the elder Swagger pleads with Kane long enough for Jack Swagger to counter his way out of the chokeslam and locks in the ankle lock on Kane, but World Champion Rey Mysterio comes out and delivers the 619 to Swagger! Kane then grabs both of the Swaggers by the throat and is prepared to chokeslam them, but Jack Swagger manages to escape and, given the option of saving his father or facing Kane, “The All-American American” opts to turn his back as Kane delivers the chokeslam to the elder Swagger! Still refusing to enter the ring, Jack Swagger bears witness to Kane delivering the Tombstone Piledriver to his father! Is Jack Swagger off the hook as far as Kane is concerned? What destruction will Kane cause this Sunday when he is one of eight competitors in the SmackDown Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match?
