One week after laying out his SummerSlam opponent, WWE Champion Sheamus, and “Mr. Money-in-the-Bank” The Miz with the RKO, “The Viper” Randy Orton would go one-on-one with United States Champion & “Mr. Money-in-the-Bank” The Miz! RAW would also feature a special appearance by two of the biggest actors in films today as Will Ferrell & Mark Wahlberg will appear on RAW to promote their new film, “The Other Guys”, which will be in theaters nationwide this Friday!

Monday Night RAW (August 2, 2010)
Good Week For: Randy Orton (picked up a hard-fought win over The Miz)
Bad Week For: Team WWE (took a huge blow as both Edge & Chris Jericho quit the team)

Detailed Results Follow…

One week after being partially responsible for the dissention of Team WWE by attacking his teammate, The Great Khali, and trying to get Khali taken of the team, the show kicks off with “The Rated-R Superstar” Edge! Edge states that, last week, things became “crystal clear” and that he needs to listen to “one person and one person only”, himself! Edge continues that Team WWE is “falling apart” before his eyes and that he does not “respect” John Cena, he does not “trust” Chris Jericho, he does not have “faith” in The Great Khali, and that he “barely knows” R-Truth or John Morrison! Edge then states that he needs to do things his “way” and that is why he challenges Nexus leader, Wade Barrett, to a one-on-one match and that he does not want anyone sticking their nose in his business! However, Edge is interrupted by one of his teammates, R-Truth, and Edge asks R-Truth what “part” of what he said about staying out his business did he not understand and R-Truth responds by saying that he was going to ask Edge the same thing! R-Truth continues by saying that the whole thing is “much bigger” than Wade Barrett and states that Edge does not want to “listen” to John Cena and that is “fine”, but he will listen to him! R-Truth continues that Edge has had a “ton” of matches, but asks when Edge has ever had to fight for “everything” and that they are both fighting for what they love to do and they have to “fight together” or The Nexus will win! R-Truth then tells Edge that he needs to stop thinking about himself and Edge responds by saying that Wade Barrett is the “head of the snake” that is The Nexus and Edge threatens R-Truth to get out of the ring or he will get the Spear! The anonymous General Manager of RAW then chimes with an email that reads that the GM is going to “honor” the request of Edge and orders R-Truth to leave the ring so that Edge can go one-on-one with Wade Barrett next! Before exiting the ring, R-Truth wishes Edge “good luck” and reminds Edge that he is on his “own”!

After being granted his request to go one-on-one with Wade Barrett by the anonymous RAW General Manager, “The Rated-R Superstar” Edge would square off with the leader of The Nexus, Wade Barrett! In the end, Edge looked poised for victory as he set up Wade Barrett for the Spear, but Barrett quickly hopped out of the ring and would signal The Nexus to come to the ring, but once he spotted the rest of The Nexus coming to the ring, Edge made a quick exit out of the ring and escaped through the crowd, avoiding a potential assault by The Nexus! With the threat of The Nexus still very strong, can Team WWE get back on the same page?

After narrowly escaping an assault by The Nexus, Edge confronts John Cena backstage and asks Cena where he was at when he was faced with The Nexus and Cena responds by saying that no one “listens” to him, so he thought he would “listen” to Edge and let Edge do it on his own like he wanted to do and the only way that The Nexus can be dealt with is in a 7-on-7 situation! Edge responds by telling Cena “good luck with that” because Team WWE will be doing it without him, because he “quits” the team! After losing Edge off of Team WWE, John Cena is confronted by Chris Jericho, who tells Cena that if there is anyone that needs to “quit” the team, it is John Cena because Cena is just as much of a “problem” as The Nexus and for Team WWE to succeed, Cena needs to be off the team! Chris Jericho says that if Cena does not quit, he will “make” him quit before challenging Cena to a one-on-one match between them and whoever loses is off of Team WWE! Cena responds by asking Jericho if he is “crazy” and saying that The Nexus is “laughing” at them right now because they are doing the “opposite” of what they should be doing! Not phased by the pleas of John Cena, Chris Jericho asks Cena if he accepts the match or not and Cena reluctantly accepts the match! With Edge off of the team and either John Cena or Chris Jericho being forced out, how can Team WWE possibly survive just two weeks before their scheduled SummerSlam match against The Nexus?

Backstage, The Great Khali & Ranjin Singh are confronted by Nexus members David Otunga & Michael Tarver, who explain that they did not attack Khali last week because they do not attack people they “respect” and that “word has it” that if Khali loses his match against Ted DiBiase, then John Cena will take Khali off of Team WWE and that does not sound like “respect” from Cena! The Nexus members then state that, if Khali wants to go somewhere where he is not only “respected”, but “appreciated”, then the “door is always open” for Khali to join The Nexus! Could the largest member of Team WWE, The Great Khali, defect and join The Nexus?

The Divas were in 6-Diva Tag Match on RAW as former Divas Champion Eve Torres, former Women’s Champion Gail Kim, & Natalya would face the team of Divas Champion Alicia Fox, former Divas Champion Jillian, & Tamina! At the end of a chaotic match, it was a distraction by Tamina that allowed Alicia Fox to hit the Fox Kick on Natalya en route to picking up the win! After the match, Alicia Fox proclaims that hers is the “greatest reign” in the history of the Divas Championship and that, in one match or another, she has defeated all of the Divas in that match and that there is not a Diva on the RAW Roster that is “comparable” to her! This prompts the return of former Divas Champion, Melina, who enters the ring and comes face-to-face with Alicia Fox, but Fox tries to escape with Jillian thwarting that plan by tossing the Divas Champion in to the ring where Melina ultimately laid Alicia Fox out with the Sunset Split! With her sights apparently set on regaining the Divas Title she was forced to relinquish, can Melina get back in the Divas Title picture now that “The Red Carpet Diva” is back?

Two weeks before he defends the WWE Title against Randy Orton at SummerSlam, WWE Champion Sheamus was in action on RAW as Sheamus would go one-on-one with “The Bizarre Lonestar” Goldust in a non-title bout! In the end, it was Sheamus picking up an impress victory over the veteran after hitting the High Cross Powerbomb! After the match, Sheamus proclaims that “what a difference a year makes” before stating that, last year, he was battling Goldust in the now defunct ECW trying to make a “name” for himself and, one year later, there is no “trying”, there is just “sheer and utter dominance”! Sheamus proclaims that he is on “top of the world” and states that he does not need a “briefcase” like The Miz nor does he need to be a third-generation Superstar like Randy Orton, because he has accomplished what he has accomplished all by himself and that the fans come to watch him! The WWE Champion continues that he “ended” the career of Triple H and, at SummerSlam, he will do the same to Randy Orton and that he does not “need” the support of the fans because all he “needs” is the WWE Title! How will #1 Contender Randy Orton respond to the bold proclamations of WWE Champion Sheamus?

After losing Edge off of Team WWE, John Cena would go one-on-one with another member of Team WWE, Chris Jericho, in a match that Jericho requested with the stipulation that the loser will leave Team WWE! In the end, John Cena was able to counter Chris Jericho into position for his STF, but before Cena even locked in the move, Jericho immediately tapped out, meaning that Cena wins and Jericho is off of Team WWE! After the match, Cena tells Jericho that he does not want Jericho to leave the team because Jericho is “the best in the world” at what he does and can go “toe-to-toe” with anyone in the ring, but he is not going to “beg” Jericho to stay, but the “choice” is Jericho’s whether to re-enter the ring and agree to work together or “walk out” and “let everyone down” including himself! Given his options, Jericho starts to walk towards the ring in an apparent gesture that would represent him staying a part of Team WWE, but Jericho shakes his head before turning around and walking out, briefly pausing on the stage before making his exit, signaling that he is off of Team WWE! With Edge and, now, Chris Jericho off of Team WWE, there are only five members of the team left to face The Nexus at SummerSlam! What will John Cena do with Team WWE with SummerSlam rapidly approaching?

Backstage, Edge confronts Chris Jericho in the locker room and states that he “respects” Jericho for what he did out there and Jericho responds by saying that he “respects” Edge for quitting Team WWE and that John Cena needs them more than they need him and that they were doing “just fine” before getting mixed up in the situation with The Nexus! Edge states that, together, they could “own” RAW and that is why everyone tries to keep them apart before proposing that they let “bygones by bygones” before Edge & Jericho shake hands and embrace! The anonymous General Manager of RAW then chimes in with an email that reads that, just six nights before SummerSlam, Edge will team with Chris Jericho to face their former SummerSlam teammates John Cena and WWE Hall of Famer Bret “The Hitman” Hart with the seven members of The Nexus surrounding the ring as lumberjacks on next week’s RAW! With the showdown between Team WWE and The Nexus just six nights from next week’s RAW, can John Cena & Bret Hart survive the tag match with The Nexus waiting to strike at ringside?

After being confronted by Nexus members David Otunga & Michael Tarver earlier in the night and given the option to abandon Team WWE and join The Nexus, The Great Khali would go one-on-one with “The Fortunate Son” Ted DiBiase with Khali’s spot on Team WWE allegedly on the line! During the match, Nexus members Wade Barrett & Skip Sheffield come out and stand at ringside, which distracts Ted DiBiase long enough for The Great Khali to take advantage and ultimately lock in the Khali Vise Grip en route to picking up the submission victory! After The Nexus helped The Great Khali pick up a win over Ted DiBiase, is Khali planning to join The Nexus?

Before going one-on-one with Randy Orton in the main event, United States Champion & “Mr. Money-in-the-Bank” The Miz states that, last week, Randy Orton made a “mistake” by laying him out with the RKO and it was a “potentially skull-crushing moment in the career of Randy Orton” because, now, Orton does not have a “shred of positivity” in his future! The Miz then proclaims that Orton’s “best case scenario” is that Orton defeats Sheamus at SummerSlam to win the WWE Title, but that will set up for his “moment” because Orton just “delayed the inevitable” before proclaiming that he “will be WWE Champion”!

Then it was time for the main event as the #1 Contender for the WWE Title in just under two weeks at SummerSlam, “The Viper” Randy Orton would go one-on-one with United States Champion & “Mr. Money-in-the-Bank” The Miz with WWE Champion Sheamus from the stage! In the end, it was Randy Orton coming out of nowhere and hitting the RKO on The Miz en route to picking up the hard-fought win! After the match, WWE Champion Sheamus rushed to the ring, but once Randy Orton turned around to face Sheamus, the WWE Champion backed away from the #1 Contender! Randy Orton is certainly on a roll as SummerSlam approaches, but can Randy Orton dethrone Sheamus and win the WWE Title or will Sheamus find a way to successfully defend his gold against a very focused #1 Contender?

The ninth edition of NXT Season Two came to you from the Laredo Energy Arena in Laredo, TX. One week after the second NXT Poll saw Eli Cottonwood getting eliminated and subsequently attacking the six remaining NXT Rookies, Kaval, Husky Harris, “Showtime” Percy Watson, Alex Riley, Lucky Cannon, & Michael McGillicutty would all compete in the first ever NXT Kissing Contest!

WWE NXT (August 3, 2010)
Good Week For: Alex Riley (picked up an impressive win over “Showtime” Percy Watson)
Bad Week For: Michael McGillicutty (had his undefeated streak ended by The Miz)

Detailed Results Follow…

With the WWE Pros seated on the stage, the show kicks off with NXT Host Matt Striker who introduces the six remaining NXT Rookies as the number three Rookie Alex Riley, number two Kaval, number four “Showtime” Percy Watson”, number five Lucky Cannon, number one Michael McGillicutty, and number six Husky Harris take their spots in the ring for the first ever NXT Kissing Contest! Matt Striker then introduces the self-proclaimed “co-Women’s Champions” and WWE Pros Michelle McCool & Layla as LayCool would host the first ever NXT Kissing Contest! Husky Harris was the first Rookie to compete in the challenge and Husky was set to kiss Michelle McCool, but McCool stopped Husky before LayCool introduced their own local “expert” from before bringing down Margaret, who is known as “Margarita” by the locals, a “plus-size” woman with sores all around her lips and on her face! Husky Harris then reluctantly kisses the woman, followed by Michal McGillicutty, who licks the face of the woman! Lucky Cannon then kisses the woman and with a little “help” from LayCool, Percy Watson also kisses the woman! LayCool’s Rookie, Kaval, was up next, but Layla plants a hard lip lock on Kaval, but Michelle McCool informs Kaval that he still has to kiss the woman and Kaval does so and last up was Alex Riley, who passionately kisses the woman! “Margarita” then tells Michelle McCool that Lucky Cannon was the best kisser and will win the “prize”, which LayCool tells Cannon that he gets several things, including “gingivitis”, “athlete’s foot”, and “cooties”! After competing in the first NXT Kissing Contest, next week will see the third NXT elimination! Who will the WWE Pros and WWE fans vote off of NXT Season Two next week?

One week before the third NXT elimination, two of the six Rookies would face off as the number two Rookie, “The World Warrior” Kaval, would go one-on-one with the number six Rookie, “The Army Tank With A Ferrari Engine” Husky Harris! In the end, it was Husky Harris hitting the Husky Senton en route to picking up the win over Kaval! Will this win sway the WWE Pros & WWE fans to rank Husky Harris higher in the rankings?

Backstage, NXT Rookies Michael McGillicutty & Lucky Cannon are arguing over who should get to compete in a one-on-one match with The Miz, but the United States Champion & “Mr. Money-in-the-Bank” interrupts! However, The Miz is ultimately goaded, by Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston, into agreeing to face whoever wins in a match between Lucky Cannon & Michael McGillicutty!

Two more Rookies would square off as the number one Rookie, Michael McGillicutty, would go one-on-one with the number five Rookie, Lucky Cannon, with the winner getting a one-on-one match against United States Champion & “Mr. Money-in-the-Bank” The Miz! In the end, it was Michael McGillicutty hitting the McGillicutter on Lucky Cannon en route to picking up the win and earning a one-on-one match with The Miz! Can Michael McGillicutty prove, without a doubt, that he belongs at number one by defeating The Miz or will The Miz embarrass the top NXT Rookie?

On the stage, NXT Host Matt Striker take the unique turn of asking the WWE Pros who they think is the “worst” WWE Pro of NXT Season Two! Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston is up first and Kofi states that, while he “hates” The Miz, he thinks that LayCool is the worst WWE Pros for making their NXT Rookie, Kaval, wear a pink shirt! The self-proclaimed “co-Women’s Champions” LayCool were up next as Michelle McCool & Layla say that Kofi Kingston is the worst WWE Pro because the fans love Kaval’s pink shirt! “The World’s Strongest Man” Mark Henry then states that Zack Ryder is the worst WWE Pro because Ryder’s NXT Rookie was eliminated first! “The Long Island Iced Z” Zack Ryder gets ready to offer his take on the worst WWE Pro, but The Miz interrupts and states that all of the WWE Pros, with the exception of himself, are the “worst”!

Just one week before the third NXT elimination takes place, the number three Rookie, “The Varsity Villain” Alex Riley, would go one-on-one with the number four Rookie, “Showtime” Percy Watson! In the end, it was Alex Riley hitting the Riley Rack on Percy Watson en route to picking up the win! Will this win send Alex Riley upwards in the third NXT Poll?

Then it was time for the main event as the undefeated number one Rookie, Michael McGillicutty, would go one-on-one with United States Champion & “Mr. Money-in-the-Bank” The Miz in a WWE Pro Vs. NXT Rookie match! In the end, it was The Miz hitting the Skull Crushing Finale on Michael McGillicutty en route to picking up the win and putting the first loss on McGillicutty! How will Michael McGillicutty’s performance against The Miz weight with the WWE Pros and the WWE fans when both vote in the third NXT Poll? Who will be eliminated from NXT next week?

The 68th edition of WWE Superstars came to you from the AT&T Center in San Antonio, TX and from the Laredo Energy Arena in Laredo, TX. After failing to win the Women’s Title against last minute replacement, Michelle McCool, on last week’s SmackDown, Tiffany would go one-on-one with Women’s Champion Layla in a non-title match! Two of SmackDown’s most dominant tag teams would square off on Superstars as Curt Hawkins & Vance Archer would face The Dude Busters; Caylen Croft & Trent Barretta! One of the WWE Pros on NXT Season Two would be in action on Superstars as “The Long Island Iced Z” Zack Ryder would go one-on-one with the high-flying Evan Bourne.

WWE Superstars (August 5, 2010)
Good Week For: Curt Hawkins & Vance Archer (proved their tag team dominance with a win over The Dude Busters)
Bad Week For: Tiffany (was once again a victim of the two-on-one tactics of LayCool)

Detailed Results Follow…

The show kicks off with the opening match of the night as, after SmackDown Consultant Vickie Guerrero intervened in the Women’s Title match between champion Layla and Tiffany on last week’s SmackDown and named LayCool teammate, Michelle McCool, as the replacement in the title defense, Tiffany would go one-on-one with Women’s Champion Layla in a non-title bout! With the help of Michelle McCool on the outside, Layla was able to ultimately pick up the win over Tiffany after hitting the Lay Out! With the ultimatum given to them by SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long to either choose which one of them is the sole Women’s Champion or he will choose for them, will Michelle McCool & Layla decide amongst themselves who will continue on as the sole holder of the Women’s Title or will LayCool force the hand of GM Theodore Long?

Two of the most dominant SmackDown tag teams would square off as Curt Hawkins & Vance Archer would face The Dude Busters; Caylen Croft & Trent Barretta for the first time ever! In the end, it was Vance Archer hitting the Mask of Sanity followed by Curt Hawkins hitting the Heat Seeking Elbow Drop en route to pinning Trent Barretta to pick up the impressive victory! After the match, Curt Hawkins proclaims that they have “gate crashed” SmackDown time and time again and now they want “gold” and if The Hart Dynasty does not come to them, they will “find” The Hart Dynasty! As the Unified WWE Tag Team Champions, The Hart Dynasty can compete and defend their titles on either RAW or SmackDown. Will The Hart Dynasty come to SmackDown to assess the latest threat to their gold, Curt Hawkins & Vance Archer, or will Hawkins & Archer come to RAW to push the issue of getting their shot at the Unified WWE Tag Team Titles?

Then it was time for the main event as WWE Pro, “The Long Island Iced Z” Zack Ryder, would go one-on-one with the high-flying Evan Bourne. At the end of a hard-fought match, it was Evan Bourne hitting the Air Bourne on Zack Ryder en route to picking up the win!

The 572nd edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown came to you from the Laredo Energy Arena in Laredo, TX. After defeating the champion, by hook or crook, in back-to-back non-title matches, “The Platinum Superstar” Dolph Ziggler would challenge Kofi Kingston for the Intercontinental Championship! On the May 14th edition of SmackDown, Michelle McCool & Layla face then Women’s Champion Beth Phoenix in a 2-on-1 Handicap Match with Layla ultimately getting the pinfall win over Beth Phoenix and, since winning the 2-on-1 Handicap Match, LayCool has dubbed themselves the “co-Women’s Champions”, but after SmackDown Consultant Vickie Guerrero let Michelle McCool defend the Women’s Title against Tiffany on last week’s SmackDown, General Manager Theodore Long informed Michelle McCool & Layla that they will have to decide, amongst themselves, who will represent the WWE as the sole Women’s Champion and if LayCool does not make the decision, then Theodore Long will make the decision for them!

Friday Night SmackDown (August 6, 2010)
Good Week For: Rey Mysterio (defeated Drew McIntyre in the main event and accused Kane of assaulting The Undertaker)
Bad Week For: Dolph Ziggler (won the Intercontinental Title, but was viciously assaulted by Kofi Kingston after the match)

Detailed Results Follow…

Nine nights before he challenges Kane for the World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam, the #1 Contender, Rey Mysterio, opens the show on SmackDown! Rey states that, when he was thrown in to the Gulf of Mexico by Kane last week, his lungs filled up with water and he could not breathe and he started to “freak out”! Rey continues that, as he struggled to rise to the surface, he saw the face of his “accuser”, Kane, before Kane turned and simply walked away! Rey states that he has been through a lot in his career, but he has never been accused of something he did not do and he can not believe that Kane accused him of taking out The Undertaker! Rey then emphatically states that he had “nothing to do” with the attack on The Undertaker! Rey admits that he does not like caskets, because the caskets are for the “dead” and Rey then proclaims that he knows who attacked The Undertaker! Before Rey Mysterio could speak the name of The Undertaker’s assailant, he is interrupted by “The Chosen One” Drew McIntyre! McIntyre states that they have people like Rey Mysterio in Scotland and they call them “criminals”! McIntyre then states that the “truth” has come out and states that Rey is a “hero” to the fans and questions if a “hero” would let CM Punk be accused by Kane and have his arm injured! Rey responds by saying that it was not his “business” and McIntyre brings up Jack Swagger being accused by Kane; an accusation that ultimately ended with Kane chokeslamming Swagger’s father and Rey once again states that it was not his “business”! McIntyre then states that he “admires” what Rey did and that he “wishes” that he would of taken out The Undertaker himself! McIntyre continues that Rey was not capable of taking anyone out on his own, but he is! McIntyre brings up his destruction of the arm of Christian last week and, after doing so, he came up with an idea to do the same to Rey Mysterio! McIntyre then gets in the face of Rey and shouts at Rey to show him the “aggression” that he showed in taking out The Undertaker! Rey Mysterio responds by saying how “dare” McIntyre come out there and “disrespect” him and asks if he wants to see him get “aggressive” before shoving Drew McIntyre in a sign of acceptance for a one-on-one match! After what Drew McIntyre did to Christian last week, could Rey Mysterio suffer a similar fate just nine nights before he is set to challenge Kane for the World Heavyweight Title?

The opening match of the night saw Matt Hardy go one-on-one with one of the WWE Pros in NXT Season Two, “Dashing” Cody Rhodes! At the end of a hard-fought match, it was Cody Rhodes hitting the Cross Rhodes en route to picking up the win!

Backstage, the self-proclaimed “co-Women’s Champions” Michelle McCool & Layla confront SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long to plead their case to let both of them represent as Women’s Champion, but Long informs LayCool that there can only be one Women’s Title! After Michelle McCool reluctantly hands over her Women’s Title, McCool & Layla have a tug-of-war over the one Women’s Title, but the title belt then breaks in two and LayCool tells Long that there is till only one Women’s Title before leaving Long’s office! Will Theodore Long accept Michelle McCool & Layla’s latest scheme to keep both of them as the Women’s Champion?

After two weeks of, by hook or crook, defeating the champion in back-to-back non-title matches, “The Platinum Superstar” Dolph Ziggler would challenge Kofi Kingston for the Intercontinental Championship! In the end, it looked like SmackDown Consultant Vickie Guerrero may have cost Dolph Ziggler the title by getting on the apron of the ring and conversing with Dolph, which distracted Ziggler long enough for Kofi Kingston to hit Trouble In Paradise on Dolph! However, Vickie would enter the ring, distracting the referee and Kofi Kingston long enough for Dolph Ziggler to recover and hit the Zig Zag en route to pinning Kofi and being crowned the new Intercontinental Champion! The celebration for the new champion was short-lived, however, as the former champion, Kofi Kingston, absolutely snapped on Dolph Ziggler, ravaging the new Intercontinental Champion in the ring and to the outside where Kofi slammed Dolph on the announce table and, as Vickie Guerrero watched in horror, Kofi proceeded to slam Dolph’s head, multiple times, into the steel steps before hurling the new champion, head-first, on top of the steel steps before several referees were finally able to pull Kofi Kingston off of Dolph Ziggler! After the attack, a distraught Vickie Guerrero checked on Dolph Ziggler as an EMT came in to check the condition of Ziggler! After this attack and with a guaranteed rematch for the gold, could Kofi Kingston be regaining the Intercontinental Title sooner than later? How will Dolph Ziggler and Vickie Guerrero respond to the attack?

It was announced on SmackDown that, in nine nights at SummerSlam, “The World’s Largest Athlete” Big Show will compete in a 3-on-1 Handicap Match against the group responsible for injuring his hand last week as CM Punk, Luke Gallows, & Joey Mercury of The Straightedge Society will face the giant at “The Biggest Event of the Summer”!

Nine nights before they would face Big Show in a 3-on-1 Handicap Match at SummerSlam, CM Punk & The Straightedge Society made an appearance on SmackDown! CM Punk states that he has accomplished what the fans can only dream of; like being the first three-time “Straightedge World Heavyweight Champion” in history or winning back-to-back Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Matches at WrestleMania, but he has never been more “proud” as he was last week when The Straightedge Society destroyed the dorsal side of his right wrist and has two severed tendons in his right hand! Punk continues that he does not even know if Big Show can make it to SummerSlam and does not know if Big Show can even sign any autographs for the fans! Joey Mercury then takes the mic and says that his “favorite part” was The Straightedge Society bringing Big Show “to his knees”! CM Punk then takes the mic and asks Joey Mercury, Luke Gallows, & Serena if they are “happy” and when all three of them showed their thrill, Punk shouts at them that he did not tell them they could be “happy”! Punk then orders them to get on their knees and says that he has come to learn that their “happiness is weakness” and when they are happy, they let him down and when they let him down, they “slip” and “show weakness” and, by doing that, they might as well be “falling off of the wagon”! CM Punk then tells the three of them that he will not “tolerate” them “falling off of the wagon” because if they do, they might as well “pack their bags”! Punk then tells them that they will be “better” and tells them to remember that “satisfaction is the death of desire”!

After his impassioned speech to The Straightedge Society, CM Punk would team with his Society followers, Luke Gallows & Joey Mercury, to face “The Ballin’ Superstar” MVP, “The Brooklyn Baller” JTG, & “The Masterpiece” Chris Masters in a 6-Man Tag Match! In the end, it was CM Punk hitting a well-placed kick to the back of MVP’s head that allowed Luke Gallows to take advantage by hitting a big boot on MVP en route to picking up the win! Can The Straightedge Society bring the same unity and dominance when they face Big Show in a 3-on-1 Handicap Match in nine nights at SummerSlam?

Then it was time for the main event as the #1 Contender for the World Heavyweight Title, Rey Mysterio, would go one-on-one with “The Chosen One” Drew McIntyre for the first time ever! At the end of a hard-fought match, it was Rey Mysterio catching Drew McIntyre with a roll-up en route to picking up the win! After the match, Rey Mysterio grabbed a mic and was set to announce the name of The Undertaker’s assailant when the World Heavyweight Champion, Kane, came out and wheeled a casket to ringside before entering the ring! After Kane entered the ring, Drew McIntyre blasted Rey from behind, but when Kane seemed set to place Rey in the casket, Rey backed out of the ring and inadvertently almost put himself in the casket! Rey escaped to the stage where he announced that Kane was the one who put his own brother, The Undertaker, in a vegetative state! Upon hearing this, Kane repeatedly shook his head and stared up to the sky! Is Rey Mysterio right in his accusation? Did Kane really assault his own brother, The Undertaker, and put him in a vegetative state? How will Kane respond to Rey Mysterio’s accusations?
