WWE Hell in a Cell Fallout

The second annual WWE Hell in a Cell came to you, live on pay-per-view, from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX. After thirteen years of animosity, jealousy, championships, triumphant returns, crushing defeats, and a sibling rivalry rooted in the depths of hell, Kane and The Undertaker would go to war once more as Kane would defend the World Heavyweight Title against the brother he thought he had finally weakened to a point of no return, The Undertaker inside “The Deadman’s Playground”, Hell in a Cell! The last time that Randy Orton was in a Hell in a Cell Match, he emerged as the WWE Champion and he would look to do it again as Randy Orton would defend the WWE Title against the former champion, Sheamus, inside Hell in a Cell! Since early June, the group now known as The Nexus has been reeking hell on the entire WWE, assaulting everyone to ring announcers to Superstars to WWE Legends and even assaulting WWE Chairman Mr. McMahon, but from the get-go, the inaugural victim of The Nexus, John Cena, has butted heads with the seemingly unstoppable faction on several occasions, but now, at WWE Hell in a Cell, John Cena will have the opportunity to bring an end to the reign of terror The Nexus has brought as Cena would go one-on-one with the leader of The Nexus, Wade Barrett, in a match where, if John Cena loses, he will be forced to join the terror group, The Nexus, but if Cena wins, then The Nexus will be forced to disband and with the rest of The Nexus banned from ringside, whoever emerges victorious will get what they want with no questions and no debate! In a unique first time ever encounter, Daniel Bryan will make his first defense of the United States Title against the former champion, “Mr. Money-in-the-Bank” The Miz, as well as “The Guru of Greatness” John Morrison in the first ever Triple Threat Submissions Count Anywhere Match, meaning that whichever Superstar scores the first submission in the match, which can take place anywhere in the arena, will emerge as the United States Champion! The Unified Divas Title would also be up for grabs at the event as Michelle McCool, with the other half of LayCool, Layla, in her corner, would defend the Unified Divas Title against the second-generation competitor, Natalya!

WWE Hell in a Cell (October 3, 2010)
Good Night For: Randy Orton & Kane (both retained their respective titles inside Hell in a Cell)
Bad Night For: John Cena (thanks to two fans jumping the barricade and interfering in his match, will now be forced to join The Nexus)

Detailed Results Follow…

Before the opening match, “Mr. Money-in-the-Bank” The Miz states that it is “ridiculous” because he was the “mentor” of both Daniel Bryan and John Morrison! Miz continues that no one would know who either of them were if it was not for him, but without Bryan or Morrison, he would still be a “huge star”, because he has the “star quality” and he will walk out of WWE Hell in a Cell as the United States Champion!

The opening match of the night would see the United States Championship on the line as Daniel Bryan would make his first defense of the prestigious title against “Mr. Money-in-the-Bank” The Miz and “The Guru of Greatness” John Morrison in the first ever Triple Threat Submissions Count Anywhere Match! During the match, John Morrison would take advantage of an over ten foot dive off of the stage set-up by locking The Miz in, appropriately enough, the Texas Cloverleaf, but The Miz’s personally signed “apprentice”, would break up the hold and send Morrison spine-first onto the steel ramp! Daniel Bryan would then shove Alex Riley off of the ramp onto a cameraman before locking in the LeBell Lock on The Miz on the steel ramp, forcing The Miz to tap out once again to successfully retain the United States Title!

Then it was time for the first Hell in a Cell Match of the evening as Randy Orton would enter the demonic structure to defend the WWE Title against former champion, “The Celtic Warrior” Sheamus! At the end of a punishing war inside Hell in a Cell, it was Randy Orton coming out of nowhere to hit the RKO on the steel steps on Sheamus en route to successfully retaining the WWE Title!

The Superstar responsible for injuring both Rey Mysterio and Christian would appear on the show as Alberto Del Rio would make his debut pay-per-view appearance! Del Rio proclaims that he can afford to “buy” each and every WWE fans and states that he is “better” than all of them! However, Alberto Del Rio would be interrupted by Edge as Edge states that he is out there because he is in a fight against “stupidity”! Edge continues that parts of Del Rio are “extremely stupid”, like dressing up a chihuahua like Rey Mysterio and calls Del Rio’s scarf “stupid”! Del Rio threatens Edge to “choose his words very, very carefully” and Edge responds by calling Del Rio “stupid” in Spanish! Del Rio responds by saying that he is going to “hurt” Edge, but Edge says that the “existence” of Ricardo Rodriguez is “stupid” before ripping the sleeve of Rodriguez! Edge and Alberto Del Rio looked to be set to square off, but Jack Swagger would come out and state that what is “stupid” is a “Mexican and a Canadian arguing in a WWE ring”, while he is not even competing! Swagger then told Edge that his personal mascot is a “human being with medical bills”; medical bills that Edge is going to “pay”! Edge says that he will pay Swagger’s personal mascot’s medical bills, but he might as well pay Swagger and Del Rio’s as well! Edge would then try and attack Swagger, but Del Rio would come from behind and attack Edge, leading to Jack Swagger attacking Edge until the anonymous General Manager of RAW chimes with an email on a “new” and “improved” laptop and the email announces that the GM is forcing Edge to issue a public apology to the GM on RAW tomorrow night, but before that Edge will go one-on-one with Jack Swagger!

By order of the anonymous General Manager of RAW, “The Rated-R Superstar” Edge would go one-on-one with “The All-American American” Jack Swagger in an impromptu match! At the end of a hard-fought match, it was Edge coming out of nowhere with the Spear on Jack Swagger en route to picking up the win!

Backstage, Nexus members David Otunga, Heath Slater, Justin Gabriel, & Michael Tarver and Otunga tells his teammates that he “trusts” Wade Barrett, but they need to make “absolutely certain” that The Nexus does not meet its end and, even though he did not talk to Barrett about it, their plan will “work” and they will not disqualified, which would win the match for John Cena and mean the end of The Nexus before saying that he will explain his plan to them on the way, despite the skepticism of his teammates! What does David Otunga have planned? Will the plan work or will The Nexus assist in their own demise?

Then it was time for a career-altering match as John Cena would go one-on-one with the leader of The Nexus, Wade Barrett, and, if John Cena loses, he will be forced to join The Nexus, but if John Cena wins, then The Nexus will be forced to disband, plus the other four members of The Nexus will be banned from ringside for, if they do not comply, John Cena will automatically win by disqualification! During the match, the rest of The Nexus would emerge, distracting John Cena long enough for Wade Barrett to take advantage, despite the frustration Barrett had with his group for coming dangerously close to causing him the match and inadvertently causing The Nexus to disband! The Nexus would then surround the ring, but a group of RAW and SmackDown Superstars, led by Big Show, would emerge as Big Show, Dolph Ziggler, Daniel Bryan, Kofi Kingston, John Morrison, MVP, Goldust, Mark Henry, & The Hart Dynasty would rush to ringside and attack The Nexus, ultimately chasing The Nexus away, leaving John Cena and Wade Barrett to determine their respective fates in a one-on-one match without distractions! Later on in the match, after John Cena had kicked out of the Wasteland and Wade Barrett kicked out of the Attitude Adjustment by John Cena, Cena would manage to lock in his STF, but when it looked like Barrett was moments from tapping out, what appeared to be a fan would jump in the ring, prompting the referee, as well as security, to jump on the fan, but as this happened, a second fan would jump the barricade and blast Cena with some sort of foreign object, which would allow Barrett to crawl to the cover and score a big win, meaning that John Cena will be forced to join The Nexus! What will happen now that John Cena is part of The Nexus? Who were the fans that attacked John Cena?

The Unified Divas Title was up for grabs at WWE Hell in a Cell as Michelle McCool, with Layla in her corner, would defend the Unified Divas Title against Natalya! In the end, it looked like Natalya was set to dethrone Michelle McCool after locking McCool in the legendary Sharpshooter, but Layla would resort to throwing her shoes at Natalya, leading to the disqualification win for Natalya, meaning that Michelle McCool retains the Unified Divas Title!

Then it was time for the main event as a thirteen year sibling rivalry to take a trip to hell as Kane would defend the World Heavyweight Title against revitalized brother, The Undertaker inside the demonic structure known as Hell in a Cell! During the match, it looked like Kane would once again defeat his brother after hitting the Tombstone Piledriver, but when The Undertaker kicked out, a frustrated Kane delivered a vicious uppercut to the referee! With the referee down, the Hell in a Cell would be opened in order to end to the injured referee and also to allow a fresh referee to call the match, but Paul Bearer would sneak inside of the Cell during this as the match continued! Upon seeing Paul Bearer at ringside and with The Undertaker still laid out from the Tombstone Piledriver, Kane would exit the ring and would proceed to stalk his father around the ring, ultimately forcing Paul Bearer to escape inside the ring! However, as Kane cornered Paul Bearer, The Undertaker would recover and deliver a big chokeslam to Kane! The Undertaker would then hone in for the final blow, the Tombstone Piledriver, but as Undertaker set up for the move, Paul Bearer opened the lid of the urn, which radiated a bright light that temporarily blinded The Undertaker! Once he regained the ability to see, The Undertaker would rise and Paul Bearer would find himself in between the two brothers! Then, with both Kane and The Undertaker looking, Paul Bearer would hand a confused Kane the urn and Kane would blast The Undertaker in the skull before planting The Undertaker with a chokeslam en route to successfully defending the World Heavyweight Title! With the urn, Paul Bearer, and the World Heavyweight Title, can anything or anyone stop Kane? What becomes of The Undertaker now that the urn that he derives his power from is in the possession of Paul Bearer, who has sided with Kane?

One night after a brutal, controversial, and unforgettable WWE Hell in a Cell, the 906th edition of WWE Monday Night RAW would feel the fallout as RAW would come to you, live, from the Intrust Bank Arena in Wichita, KS. One night after two fans jumped the barricade and ultimately cost him his match against Wade Barrett, John Cena would make his first appearance on RAW since his loss resulted in Cena being forced to join The Nexus! After emerging from Hell in a Cell still the WWE Champion, Randy Orton would make an appearance on RAW just one night after surviving a punishing Hell in a Cell Match against Sheamus! After retaining the United States Title in a unique and grueling first-ever Triple Threat Submissions Count Anywhere Match against The Miz and John Morrison by forcing The Miz to tap out yet again, the still United States Champion Daniel Bryan would make an appearance on RAW! One week after going berserk and destroying the anonymous RAW General Manager’s laptop and one night after defeating Jack Swagger in an impromptu match made by the GM, the anonymous GM has ordered Edge to issue a public “apology” to the General Manager for his actions last week! Also, the star of the upcoming movie, “Jackass 3D”, which opens on October 15, Johnny Knoxville will make a special appearance as the Guest Star of RAW!

Monday Night RAW (October 4, 2010)
Good Week For: Wade Barrett (used his new control over John Cena to become the #1 Contender for the WWE Title)
Bad Week For: John Cena (was forced to obey the orders of Wade Barrett or be fired)

Detailed Results Follow…

One night after two fans jumped the barricade and led to Wade Barrett defeating John Cena, forcing Cena to join The Nexus, the show kicks off with The Nexus as Wade Barrett reminds the fans that he was “victorious” over John Cena at WWE Hell in a Cell and that he will bring out the “newest member” of The Nexus shortly! Barrett then reveals that he has identified the two men who interfered in his match against John Cena at WWE Hell in a Cell and those two men are former NXT Season Two Rookies Husky Harris & Michael McGillicutty! Barrett then states that he did not ask either man to get involved as he “barely knows” either of them and assures everyone that they are not a part of The Nexus! Barrett then states that he did not need any “help” in defeating John Cena before asking his Nexus teammates why they jeopardized his match by coming out during his match the previous night! Barrett tells his group that he does not want to hear it, at least not at that moment, because their appearance is about inducting the newest member of The Nexus as Barrett introduces John Cena! A visibly unhappy John Cena them comes out, with no entrance music and none of the typical fanfare associated with the arrival of Cena! Cena enters the ring and Wade Barrett tells Cena that he knows that Cena is a man of his word before stating that it is the “best thing” that could have ever happened to Cena! Nexus member Michael Tarver then states that Cena made jokes about him and put his hands on Tarver on many occasions and even tried to “threaten” his livelihood! Tarver then asks Cena “who’s laughing now?” before shouting at Cena that he “failed”, but Tarver is calmed down by Wade Barrett! Tarver then hands Cena the signature armband of The Nexus! Cena then takes off his “Cenation” armband and hesitantly put The Nexus armband on in its place! Heath Slater then informs John Cena that they have come up with a prepared statement for him to read as his thoughts of joining The Nexus and that Cena “will” read! Cena then reads the statement that says that he “acknowledges” that he is a member of The Nexus and that “any enemy” of The Nexus is now an “enemy” of his! Cena continues to read the statement that reads that he hopes that the fans will continue to support him because others are “either Nexus or against us”! Wade Barrett then informs that Cena is going to have his first match as a member of The Nexus and he is going to help them “teach” Evan Bourne & Mark Henry a “lesson” about their recent fight against The Nexus! A smile would then show on the face of John Cena as Wade Barrett informs Cena he can select the member of The Nexus he wants to team with and Cena would select Michael Tarver as his partner!

By orders of Nexus leader Wade Barrett, the opening match of the night would see The Nexus’ newest, and most reluctant, member, John Cena, team with one of his new teammates, Michael Tarver to face two of the anti-Nexus crusaders, Evan Bourne & Mark Henry! During the match, John Cena’s smile earlier on when selecting his partner was given a reason as, Cena would stay on the apron while Michael Tarver competed in the match and Cena would extend his hand for a tag, but when Tarver would look for a tag, Cena would retract his hand, leaving Tarver in the ring to be tortured by Evan Bourne & Mark Henry! In the end, Michael Tarver would go for a tag to John Cena, but Cena would refuse the tag and would drop off of the apron and sign autographs for the fans, leading to Tarver getting planted by the World’s Strongest Slam by Mark Henry en route to Evan Bourne & Mark Henry picking up the win!

After the match, John Cena makes his own statement about being the newest member of The Nexus by saying that he plans on doing “one thing” as a part of The Nexus and that is “destroying it from within” before proclaiming that he can both be “Nexus and against us”! Cena would then knock his Nexus teammate, Michael Tarver, out of the ring with a microphone shot to the head! Cena would then set up the steel steps on the outside before slamming Tarver spine-first onto the steel steps twice in a row before throwing Tarver into the ring and locking in his STF on Tarver! The assault would then cease when the anonymous General Manager of RAW chimes in with an email that announces that, per the stipulations of his match against Wade Barrett, is Cena lost then he would be forced to join The Nexus and, as a member of The Nexus, he must listen to the leader of the group, Wade Barrett, for if he does not, then the GM will “terminate” his WWE contract, meaning that Cena would be fired if he does not comply! A visibly upset John Cena would then slowly leave the ring! Now that he is forced to listen to Nexus leader Wade Barrett or be fired, what will become of John Cena? Will John Cena reluctantly follow the rule of Wade Barrett or will Cena take his chances with being fired?

The Divas were in action on RAW as, one night after losing to Michelle McCool via disqualification, retaining the Unified Divas Title for McCool, Natalya was in action on RAW as Natalya dominated Alicia Fox, making quick work of Fox by making her tap out to the Sharpshooter! What is next for Natalya? Will her disqualification win over Michelle McCool at WWE Hell in a Cell earn her another shot at the Unified Divas Title?

Eleven nights before his movie, “Jackass 3D”, opens in theaters, notorious stuntman and daredevil Johnny Knoxville made an appearance backstage as Knoxville pulled the giant high-five prank on Zack Ryder!

Backstage, John Cena is being interviewed about the decree of the anonymous RAW General Manager where he either follows the rule of Wade Barrett or gets fired, but the interview is cut short when Cena spots Husky Harris & Michael McGillicutty! Cena chases Harris & McGillicutty into the locker room of The Nexus and, as the two NXT Season Two Rookies leave, Wade Barrett tells John Cena that there is a lot they need to “talk about” and that he has “big plans” for Cena’s “future”! What does Wade Barrett have in store for his newest recruit, John Cena? What does Husky Harris & Michael McGillicutty have to do with Wade Barrett’s “big plans”?

One night after just failing to win the WWE Title from Randy Orton inside Hell in a Cell, “The Celtic Warrior” Sheamus would go one-on-one with still United States Champion Daniel Bryan just one night after Bryan’s victory in a grueling Triple Threat Submissions Count Anywhere Match! An angry Sheamus would pummel Daniel Bryan with repeated knee shots to the skull of the United States Champion, leaving the referee no option by to disqualify Sheamus! After the match, Sheamus would plant Daniel Bryan with the Irish Cross! What is next for Sheamus now that he lost his rematch for the WWE Title?

One week after going berserk and destroying the laptop that the anonymous RAW General Manager uses to communicate his decisions, Edge would appear to make a “public apology”, as ordered by the GM! Before Edge comes out to make his apology, the anonymous GM states that, due to Edge’s actions last week, he will not speak with his voice electronically altered! Instead, he will have his emails read by the “voice of the WWE” Michael Cole as has been done in the past! Via Michael Cole, the anonymous GM reveals that he will hear Edge’s apology and then he will have a “major announcement” regarding the WWE Championship! Edge would then come and enter the ring before saying that he will not apologize for his actions because he is on a “personal crusade against all things stupid”! Edge continues that having a GM that runs a show via a laptop is “stupid” and that Michael Cole has been the “personification of stupid since 1997” and that he would rather listen to a “recording” of legendary announcer Jim Ross than a “live” Michael Cole! Edge then states that, if the GM thinks he has an “attitude” now, then the GM should wait until he is WWE Champion! The anonymous General Manager of RAW then chimes in with an email that Michael Cole is pleased to read as the GM reveals that the new #1 Contender for the WWE Title will be determined via a 20-Man Over-The-Top Rope Challenge with the winner challenging Randy Orton for the WWE Title in three weeks’ time at WWE Bragging Rights! The GM then informs Edge that he will not compete in the Battle Royal, because he has “officially traded” Edge to SmackDown! Edge responds by saying that it is the “greatest night of his career” because he no longer has to deal with a “gutless GM” or Michael Cole, who Edge calls a “tool”! An angry Michael Cole states that his “Cole Miners” love him and, now that he is the “official voice of the WWE”, Edge needs to treat him with some “respect”! Edge responds by asking Cole if it would be “respectful” if he left RAW on a “high note” by spearing him into “next week”, but Edge is interrupted by Michael Cole’s favorite Superstar, “Mr. Money-in-the-Bank” The Miz, with his “apprentice” Alex Riley! Miz calls Michael Cole a “visionary” because Cole recognized his “awesomeness” before anyone else before telling Michael Cole that it is “okay”, prompting Cole to head back to the announce position! Edge would then call The Miz an “Edge wannabe” as Miz has a “one word name”, wears a trench coat to the ring, is a Money-in-the-Bank winner, and was using the word “awesomeness” while Miz was still in high school “popping zits”! The Miz says that they are nothing alike and Edge agrees, saying that they are not alike, because he has been WWE Champion and he has had a wedding, been divorced, and had a “live celebration”, but he has not even seen The Miz successfully “talk” to a woman, unless they “count” Alex Riley! Alex Riley says that Edge is the one with the “long hair and the pouty lips” and proclaims that The Miz is “awesome”! Edge responds by saying that it is “weird” that Riley noticed his lips before saying that The Miz is “awesome”; “awesome at tapping out to Daniel Bryan”! Miz responds by saying that Edge and the fans’ efforts to “agitate” him will not work and that, in three weeks’ time, he will either be challenging for the WWE Title or leading Team RAW to victory in the RAW Vs. SmackDown main event! Edge then responds by calling Miz “the WWE’s biggest jackass” before attacking The Miz and Alex Riley! Edge would proceed to deliver a Spear to Alex Riley, but The Miz would come from behind and plant Edge with the Skull Crushing Finale! Now that Edge has been traded to SmackDown, what awaits Edge when he returns to Friday nights?

Backstage, Wade Barrett tells John Cena that he planned to get rid of Michael Tarver anyways, so Cena did him a favor! Barrett then orders to Cena to help him win the 20-Man Battle Royal to determine the #1 Contender for the WWE Title! David Otunga then steps in and, much to the chagrin of Wade Barrett, says that, if Barrett gets eliminated, then Cena would help the other Nexus members! Wade Barrett then tells John Cena that he will help him win the Battle Royal or he will be fired! With a shot at being the #1 Contender for the WWE Title on the line, will John Cena help Nexus leader Wade Barrett win the WWE Title opportunity?

The self-proclaimed “co-Unified Divas Champions” LayCool would be in action on RAW and, complete with calling their own match via headsets, Layla & Michelle McCool would face The Bella Twins in tag team action! During the self-called match, The Bella Twins would pull their patented switch and one of the Bellas would roll up Michelle McCool to pick up the upset win over LayCool!

After pulling the big high-five prank on Ted DiBiase & Maryse, Guest Star Johnny Knoxville would come out and quickly promote “Jackass 3D” before leaving, but Knoxville would then be conftonted by the reason for his hastiness in Ted DiBiase & Maryse! Knoxville then makes a couple of jokes about Ted DiBiase, prompting DiBiase to slap the Guest Star and force Knoxville to pass out while in the Million Dollar Dream! After assaulting the Guest Star, the message, “you are mine” appears on the big screen as a follow up to the mysterious messages of the last couple of weeks! The one and only Goldust would then appear behind DiBiase & Maryse and would lay DiBiase out with the Final Cut before telling both DiBiase & Maryse that he does not “want” them, but instead drops to his knees and tells the Million Dollar Title that he “wants” the golden Million Dollar Championship! How will Ted DiBiase respond to Goldust having possession of his Million Dollar Title?

Backstage, Nexus member David Otunga confronts The Nexus’ newest member, John Cena, and tells Cena that Nexus is “not all bad” and says that Wade Barrett can be “demanding”, but they can “make this work” before telling Cena that if Cena needs to “talk”, then Otunga is there! Will John Cena take David Otunga up on his offer? Is David Otunga sincere in his opening up to John Cena?

Then it was time for the main event as twenty RAW Superstars would compete in a 20-Man Over-The-Top Rope Battle Royal to determine the new #1 Contender for the WWE Title and will challenge Randy Orton for the WWE Title at WWE Bragging Rights in three weeks’ time and the competitors in the Battle Royal would be the man who lost his rematch for the WWE Title inside Hell in a Cell in “The Celtic Warrior” Sheamus, as well as “Mr. Money-in-the-Bank” The Miz, John Morrison, R-Truth, Evan Bourne, Mark Henry, The Hart Dynasty, Ted DiBiase, Primo, Zack Ryder, Santino Marella, Vladimir Kozlov, William Regal, former Nexus member Darren Young, Nexus leader Wade Barrett, and Nexus members David Otunga, Heath Slater, Justin Gabriel, and The Nexus’ most recent and reluctant member, John Cena! Sheamus would start out strong in the Battle Royal, eliminating both Evan Bourne and The Hart Dynasty’s David Hart Smith almost as soon as the match began! The newest member of The Nexus, John Cena, would then eliminate William Regal! The Miz would then eliminate Santino Marella from the Battle Royal, followed by Mark Henry eliminating both Zack Ryder and Primo! During the match, Mark Henry would hoist Nexus leader Wade Barrett up and would be set to eliminate Barrett, but John Cena would help Barrett get back to his feet and, as Cena watched, Barrett and the rest of The Nexus would eliminate Mark Henry! After the elimination, the rest of The Nexus would get in the face of John Cena over not helping to eliminate Mark Henry and Cena would grab David Otunga and eliminate him (technically not going against Wade Barrett’s orders since Barrett told Cena to help him win! The Nexus would follow this up by Wade Barrett eliminating Vladimir Kozlov and Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel eliminating their former teammate, Darren Young! The Nexus numbers would then begin to dwindle when John Morrison managed to eliminate Heath Slater and Morrison would follow that up by eliminating the other half of The Hart Dynasty, Tyson Kidd and Morrison would then eliminate his former tag team partner, The Miz! R-Truth would then eliminate Justin Gabriel, leaving only Wade Barrett & John Cena representing The Nexus in the match! The next elimination would see Ted DiBiase eliminate R-Truth followed by Wade Barrett eliminating Ted DiBiase! Then it was down to the final four as Wade Barrett, John Cena, Sheamus, & John Morrison were left in the Battle Royal! John Morrison would then find himself eliminated after the momentum of his kick to the head of Wade Barrett sent Morrison to the floor! With only three Superstars left, John Cena would eliminate Sheamus, leaving only Nexus leader Wade Barrett and his newest recruit John Cena! With only the two of them left, Wade Barrett would order John Cena to eliminate himself so Wade Barrett could become the new #1 Contender! Faced with listening to the orders of Wade Barrett or being fired, John Cena would be left with no other option but to eliminate himself, meaning that Wade Barrett is the #1 Contender for the WWE Title and will challenge Randy Orton for the gold at WWE Bragging Rights! After the match, WWE Champion Randy Orton would come out and come face-to-face with his new #1 Contender, Wade Barrett! In three weeks’ time at WWE Bragging Rights, will Nexus leader walk out as the WWE Champion or can Randy Orton survive the threat of Wade Barrett and the possible interference of The Nexus? What role will John Cena play at the event now that he is forced to listen to Wade Barrett’s orders or be fired?

The fifth week of NXT Season Three, and the first WWE.com exclusive edition of NXT, would come to you from the Landon Arena at the Kansas Expocentre in Topeka, KS. Four weeks after NXT Season Three began, a Rookie Diva would be eliminated as either A.J., Naomi, Jamie, Aksana, Maxine, or Kaitlyn would be sent home from the NXT competition! Since the beginning of Season Three, WWE Pro Vickie Guerrero has disapproved of her NXT Rookie Diva, Kaitlyn, and following a brawl on last week’s show, Vickie has accepted her Rookie Diva’s challenge for a one-on-one match on NXT!

Next up was Kaitlyn, who showed her artistic ability by drawing a interesting stick figure portrait of her WWE Pro, Vickie Guerrero! Last up was Maxine, who showed her baking skills by presenting a pie she made to apologize to Hornswoggle over her actions in the recent Wheelbarrow Challenge! Hornswoggle rushes down, excited to get his pie, but Maxine puts pie on Hornswoggle’s face and Hornswoggle responds by smashing the entire pie into Maxine’s face! In the end, the WWE fans selected Kaitlyn and her artistic talents as the winner of the Talent Show!

After winning her third NXT challenge, NXT Rookie Diva Kaitlyn would go one-on-one with her biggest naysayer in NXT Season Three, her WWE Pro Vickie Guerrero, who would be accompanied by her boyfriend, Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler! In the end, it was an inadvertent distraction by Dolph Ziggler that allowed Kaitlyn to roll-up Vickie Guerrero to pick up the win! After the match, Kaitlyn celebrated with Dolph Ziggler, much to the dismay of Vickie Guerrero! How will Vickie Guerrero respond to losing to her NXT Rookie Diva?

Then it was time for the first NXT elimination of NXT Season Three to take place as either A.J., Naomi, Aksana, Jamie, Maxine, or Kaitlyn would be eliminated and it would then be revealed that Jamie would be the first Rookie Diva to be sent home from the NXT competition! In his WWE Superstars debut, former Nexus member Darren Young would go one-on-one with the 2008 King of the Ring William Regal! WWE Superstars (October 7, 2010)
Good Week For: Jey & Jimmy Uso (picked up the win over The Hart Dynasty in the main event)
Bad Week For: Vance Archer (lost to Chris Masters and was attacked by his tag team partner, Curt Hawkins)

Detailed Results Follow…

The show kicks off with SmackDown action as Vance Archer, with his tag team partner Curt Hawkins in his corner, would go one-on-one with “The Masterpiece” Chris Masters! At the end of a hard-fought match, it was Edge hitting the Spear on Jack Swagger to pick up a big win in the opening bout! As the move to SmackDown has seemingly given a fresh start to Edge, the question still remains, who did Theodore Long trade to RAW in exchange for Edge coming to SmackDown?

Five nights after betraying The Undertaker and ensuring that Kane retained the World Heavyweight Title inside Hell in a Cell, “The Father of Destruction” Paul Bearer made an appearance to introduce a “man who should be respected” and a “man who should be feared” and “revered”, a man who “single-handedly destroyed the myth of The Undertaker” and left him in a “pathetic writhing mass”, “the devil’s favorite son” and his son, the World Heavyweight Champion, Kane! Kane states that, when he came up with his plan years ago, he never thought it would be so “easy” to carry out his plan before saying that The Undertaker sent Paul Bearer to the “darkside”, but he brought him back because he is “more powerful” than The Undertaker could “imagine”! Kane continues that the only thing better than beating The Undertaker inside Hell in a Cell was seeing the look on The Undertaker’s face when Paul Bearer betrayed him! Kane continues that all of the fans thought that, with Paul Bearer’s return, they thought that The Undertaker would regain his power, but with the “fall” of The Undertaker, all of the fans’ “dreams” came “crashing down” before stating The Undertaker is “weak, pathetic, helpless” and is at the “mercy of his superiors”! Kane continues that all of the fans “answer” to someone in their regular lives and The Undertaker “answers” to him before proclaiming that, all the fans have left is their “empty, miserable, pathetic lives”! Despite the efforts of Alberto Del Rio’s personal ring announcer, Ricardo Rodriguez, Rey Mysterio would hit the 619 on Alberto Del Rio and following it up with a Bullet Splash en route to picking up the win!
