Am I the only person disillusioned with the weather? It’s pants. This is supposed to be summer, but I’ve spent most of my time indoors. Luckily, that’s a good thing, as it allows me to play some of my favourite wrestling games. But what games will we be playing in the future? The answer to that question, and a whole lot more, is inside the July Video Games update!

I believe it was Joe Cocker who said “Hot town, summer in the city, back of my neck getting’ dirt and gritty”. And while my neck remains clean, I understand where he was coming from. Put away that big, heavy jacket. Winter is gone, the good weather is coming and where will we all be? Indoors, playing wrestling games on our consoles. But that’s not a bad thing. Sure, you’ll miss out on barbecues, swimming, sunbathing. It’s 2004. Who would have thought that humans would exist this long? I’m surprised that we’ve not been over run by aliens. But if these intergalactic space monsters wanted the latest wrestling game news, I have a feeling they might spare my life. Why would they eat my brains if I can give them the gossip on the new Legends Of Wrestling game, as well as another brand new, recently announced title? ‘Tis the season to be jolly? Not if you’ve got to update fans of wrestling games on the latest news. With almost all of the big titles out weeks before Christmas, it’s slim pickings in the last update of 2003. So I’ve decided to take a look back at the past year’s games, and give my thoughts. It should be more fun than Christmas itself. So pop inside, there’s no mince pies or carrots, but there’s plenty of wrestling game related festivities.
