Quarter Final Number 1 in the British Heavyweight Championship tournament has been announced.
Following on from this past weekend’s event in Finchley, London, Johnny Kidd and Tex Benedict, who both won their qualifying contests against “Golden Boy” Cameron Knite and “Sadistic” Jack Storm respectively, will meet one-on-one at Tring, Hertfordshire on Saturday 9th October.
Also on that event, “Golden Boy” Cameron Knite and “Sadistic” Jack Storm will meet one-on-one, both wrestlers being the first two to be knocked out of the tournament to date.
Qualifier 6, The Gift” Ross Jordan vs Ashe, has been brought forward one week, to Saturday 6th November, at RBW’s event in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. Additionally Qualifier 4, “Sensation of the Nation” Rob Hunter vs Curve, will have its location announced shortly.

The Final of the tournament to crown the new Champion will be held at a later date, after the tournament is completed, possibly at the magnificent Civic Hall in Wolverhampton. This is yet to be confirmed.
