This week’s edition of Monday Night Raw drew a final 3.4 cable rating, which is up from last week’s 3.3 number. The first hour drew a 3.3, with the second hour drawing a solid 3.49. This is the second week John Cena has been back on Raw and is also the second week in a row that the show’s rating has increased from the prior week.
