Recently an article appeared on WWE.com in which Kurt Angle stated that he once again feels physically strong. It would appear however that this view is not shared by everyone behind the scenes.
WWE management apparently feel that when Angle feels he is 100% he always pushes himself too hard and he lacks judgement on how much punishment his surgically repaired neck should be taking.
Over recent weeks management has been telling the wrestlers to cut out the high spots and big bumps and instead concentrate on selling emotion and storylines in the ring. Angle is now being encouraged to adopt this policy and hopefully set an example to other wrestlers, rather than taking too many tough suplexes and dangerous bumps.
