The early buyrate for No Way Out indicates a pretty low 250,000 buys. While down significantly from the past two years, both had special features (Austin’s return and Rock vs. Hogan in 2003, nWo’s return in 2002) so the lower buyrate was to be expected, although is still disappointing.
