The next NPWA event will be Total Contact on March 17th 2006 at the Aspull British Legion.
On the Words of Wisdom, Governor Marsden’s online segmant exclusive to www.npwauk.com, the Total Contact main event was revealed.
Nine men will challenge Gary Wild for his NPWA Heavyweight Championship in a Royal Rumble match.
Selected at random the competitors will be Gary Wild, The Slayer, Phobia, Adonis, AC Kage, Adrian myers, D-Dogg, Sebb, The Fireball and the no.1 entry will be the loser of a Paul Andrews/Brickwall match earlier in the night.
Entry positions will be drawn at random before the match, two wrestlers will start and every 90 seconds another man will be added to the match. Elimination occurs when a wrestler is thrown over the top rope and both feet must hit the floor. The one man remaining at the end of the match will be the NPWA Heavyweight Champion.
Rumble matches are unpredictable because there are so many factors involved in success including a whole lot of luck so who knows how this one is going to turn out.
Gary Wild has overcome the odds many times in the past, but he’s never had so many wrestlers coming for him all at once and you can be sure that the acting Governor will have a big reward ready for the man that throws Wild over the top rope.
10 Wrestlers, One Match, One Champion, be at the Royal British Legion to see who that man will be on March 17th.
