During last night’s No Mercy pay-per-view, WWE ran a promo (twice) hyping Cyber Sunday on October 28 in Washington, D.C. They announced that the World Heavyweight Title would be defended and the fans get to choose the Special Guest Referee for the match. The choices are JBL, Mick Foley, or Stone Cold Steve Austin. They also announced that the WWE Title would be defended in a No DQ, Falls Count Anywhere, or Hell in a Cell Match (depending on fan’s votes).
