The 18-year old kid who is being accused of impersonating a police officer, while trying to get an autograph from Batista is now being identified as Jesse Johnson. According to an article in The Akron Beacon Journal out of Ohio this isn’t the boy’s first offense impersonating an officer. Johnson has already served a 179 day jail sentence for a previous offense. The sentence also included an agreement that he would stay out of trouble for at least two years.
