Carlito and Santino Marella cut a promo before their match with Cody Rhodes and Hardcore Holly at last week’s WWE live event in Kentucky, where they took a shot at CM Punk. Santino asked Carlito why was he wearing a CM Punk t-shirt, and Carlito said he needed something to take a crap on and there was no toilet paper in the building. They had cut Punk’s face out of the shirt and many people believed that this was a rib from someone in the back, taking a shot at Punk over some of the rumored heat that has been on him lately.
