Police officials from Smithfield, N.C. revealed that Gregory Helms was punched in the face following a dispute that occurred during a pool game early Tuesday morning. The initial dispute was between Helms and another man. David Narron, a friend of the man Helms was arguing with, stepped in struck Helms. “A scuffle ensued, but people got in between the two before anything else could happen,” Lt.
