Before the main event, JBL assaulted Shawn Michaels backstage, leaving Batista to work the match as a Handicap Match, but at the last minute, Shawn Michaels made his way to the ring to help Batista as his partner and assist Batista in winning the bout.
Announced for next week’s 3-Hour RAW (starting at 8/7c) is a World Heavyweight Title Match in a Steel Cage Match between Batista (c) & Chris Jericho. WWE Champion Triple H from SmackDown teams with Shawn Michaels from RAW to reform D-Generation X for one night to take on ECW’s The Miz & John Morrison. Also, Randy Orton gave an ultimatum on RAW to Shane & Stephanie McMahon- either show up on RAW and fire Mike Adamle as GM or Randy Orton quits.
