It is being reported by PWInsider.com that WWE has signed Taylor Rotunda to a developmental deal and has assigned him to FCW. Rotunda is the son of Mike Rotunda, known to WWE fans as I.R.S. (Irwin R. Shyster) and is the grandson of Blackjack Mulligan.
