I spoke to Evan Bourne (Matt) yesterday and he tells me that he is getting around pretty well on his injured ankle, walking now quite a bit without wearing the protective boot he was given. He said he had wrestled with his ankle feeling worse than it does now, and hopes to get back into the ring within the next month. He still does regular daily therapy on the ankle.
Bourne lives in Tampa, FL, so when he is ready he will be able to get ringtime at the Florida Championship Wrestling facility. Bourne shares a house with WWE’s Scotty Goldman (Colt Cabana) and ROH’s Roderick Strong.
