According to PWInsider.com, SmackDown Superstar and former World Heavyweight Champion, The Great Khali, has suffered another knee injury and needs surgery to repair it. Khali has had several knee surgeries in the past; including a prior one that also saw him take time off for. There is no word on when The Great Khali will return to the WWE, but an angle was shot for SmackDown that will explain his absence.
