With The Great Khali heading back to his native home of India for a month in the near future it is believed this could not be a better time for him to be leaving the ring. ProWrestling.NET is reporting that Khali is suffering very badly from knee problem and it is those problems which are causing his ever more awkward movements during his matches and leading many wrestlers in WWE to believe he requires surgery on both knees. This would not be the first time if he does, back in 2006 The Great Khali had surgery on his knees and this could be a recurance of those problems
