UKPW In Hackney – October 7th
Main Event change plus new match-up
With Andy Simmonz taking on Stevie James in Hackney, London on October 7th, word has reached UKPW that Ian Logan will also be on hand to accompany his Towel Boys partner. Upon learning of this information, The Green Machine requested vehemently that The Towel Boys be added to the tag team Main Event next Thursday. Brimming with confidence, The Towel Boys duly accepted and claimed that it was a huge oversight that they weren’t placed in the contest from the beginning considering this match has been referred to as the first step on the road to the UKPW Tag Team championship. Therefore, the Main Event on Thursday October 7th will now be a 3 Way tag team match between The Green Machine, The Towel Boys and Ethan Hayze & Stevie James.
In addition to this alteration to the scheduled Main Event, UKPW will also stage a highly anticipated match-up between two of UKPW’s most popular Superstars, Ethan ‘The Heat’ Hayze and ‘The Atomic Ant’ Anton Green. This will be the first time that Hayze and Green have competed against each other in singles action and with both men having been in the top three of the UKPW Rankings since the inception, this match could go a long way towards deciding the wrestler of the year in UKPW for 2004.
More matches will be announced shortly and the action goes down next Thursday at Nye Bevan Hall, Overbury Street, Hackney, London. The event kicks off at 6pm and tickets can be purchased on the door or online at www.ukpw.com.
