1. Tsuyoshi Kikuchi & Go Shiosaki beat Mitsuo Momota & Trevor Rhodes (8:37) when Kikuchi used a jackknife hold on Rhodes.
2. Doug Williams & Donovan Morgan beat Tamon Honda & Masashi Aoyagi (8:56) when Morgan used the Sayonara on Aoyagi.
3. Takeshi Rikio, Masao Inoue & Takashi Sugiura beat Daisuke Ikeda, Mohammed Yone & Kishin Kawabata (12:16) when Inoue used a modified inside cradle on Kawabata.
4. SUWA, Michael Modest & Ricky Marvin beat Naomichi Marufuji, KENTA & Kotaro Suzuki (18:06) when Modest used the Reality Check on Suzuki.
5. Bison Smith, The Gladiator & Low Ki beat Jun Akiyama, Jun Izumida & Makoto Hashi (17:30) when Ki used a Ki splash on Hashi.
6. GHC Jr. Heavyweight Title: Yoshinobu Kanemaru (c) beat TAKA Michinoku (20:49) with a revolution-style brainbuster (2nd defense).
7. GHC Tag Team Title: Mitsuharu Misawa & Yoshinari Ogawa (c) beat Akira Taue & Takuma Sano (22:22) when Misawa used an avalanche-style Emerald Frosion on Sano (6th defense).
8. GHC Heavyweight Title: Kenta Kobashi (c) beat Akitoshi Saito (28:55) with a brainbuster (11th defense).
Can anyone beat Kobashi? He’s downed Misawa, Taue, Nagata, Chono, Takayama, Smith, Akiyama, Ogawa, Sano, Honda, Rikio and now Saito in his 11 defense long reign of GHC Heavyweight Champion. Today he pinned Saito with a Brainbuster after around 28mins..
The same goes for Misawa and Ogawa of WAVE, who call themshelves the Untouchables… They downed Taue and Sano in a close match that Misawa wrapped up for his team with a hugely dangerous avalanche (top rope) Emerald Frosion…
And also TAKA Michinoku, the junior legend (even if the WWE spoiled his best years), came to NOAH and faced off against Kanemaru for the GHC Jr. Heavyweight title. In a hard fought contest Kanemaru came out on top and dunked TAKA on his head with his ‘Revoultion’ Brainbuster for the three count…
