Promos have started airing on Nickelodeon promoting their upcoming made-for-TV movie, "Fred: The Movie", based on the popular YouTube character, "Fred Figglehorn". The film stars the creator and star of the YouTube series, Lucas Cruikshank, as the main character, "Fred Figglehorn". John Cena’s role in the film is that of Fred’s father with Siobhan Fallon Hogan playing Fred’s mother. The film also stars Pixie Lott as "Judy" and iCarly co-star Jeanette McCurdy as "Bertha" and will also feature Oscar Nunez from The Office, as well as actor and comedian Chris Wylde. The film will air September 19 on Nickelodeon, the same night as WWE’s Night of Champions pay-per-view.
