Stuart Allen better known as The Dominator has been the driving force behind EWW and an excellent wrestler for FWA and EWW respectively. He gives a lot back to wrestling through the training he gives to up and coming wannabe wrestlers and is only too happy to give up his time. This week I managed to catch up with him and talk to him about the two topics on everyone’s lips Revival and the future of EWW. The interview also uncovered some rather intriguing news.
Drew McDonald is a Scottish born wrestler who has been a star in the UK for 20yrs. Not just contempt with wrestling in this country, the big Scot packed his bags and went to Canada where he wrestled for Stu Harts Stampede promotion. Drew went on to wrestle for Jim Crockets NWA Promotion in the US before returning back to England. Drew McDonald has wrestled some of the wrestling greats including Giant haystacks, Johnny Saint, Big daddy & Magnum T.A. The Scotsman has wrestled in front of television audiences of 10 million TV viewers, and now he wrestles in font of a average of 300. One of the few last surviving old school wrestlers from the British wrestling circuit, what a fabulous opportunity it was to catch up with this 6ft1 18 stone wrestling giant.
This past week I had the opportunity to interview “The Insane Hardcore Icon” Iceman. Iceman once wrestled with the GBH promotion in Stafford before politics got in the way, so he left and took a few months away from the mat game. No sooner had 2002 started Iceman had announced he had started his own wrestling promotion named BXW (Beyond Xtreme Wrestling). Iceman was a guest on this site last year when we conducted his first interview, what better timing than to do it all over again and get the low down about his future and the history of his past.
Celt Kennedy is a young 18 yr old British wrestler who juggles wrestling with his college studies. Celt knows wrestling will not make him rich in this country, so there for Celt Kennedy goes about his normal days routine of getting the right results to be a media technician, and at night time Celt walks out to the ring to take on whoever his opponent is in the ring. There is no doubt that Celt has a big heart for wrestling, and what a pleasure it was to interview this enthusiastic man.
X-Bonez isn’t the normal run of the mill wrestler, what makes X-Bonez stand out is that at 15 years old this young determined lad has become a pro-wrestler. K-Star owner and former British wrestler Steve Logan trained x-Bonez. Steve has wrestled for Stampede Wrestling in Canada, So X-Bonez was trained by a man that has been around the wrestling circuit. This was an interview to catch up to how a 15year old school lad goes from the class room by day and enters the squared circle by night.
This week I had the opportunity to catch up with K-Star wrestler Chris Fury and get some thoughts from him on his career, and thoughts on British wrestling.
This past week I had the chance to interview a man I have heard a lot about on the British wrestling circuit. That man is none other than Mark Priest. Mark might not be the tallest, yet at 5ft8 and 17 stones this man can do it all in the ring including moonsaults from the top rope. As you all know I am involved with the Extreme English wrestling Federation, and on July 21st this gifted individual will be on our show. So not wanting to wait till July I wanted to talk to him now and what better place to share the interview than right here at TalkWrestlingOnline.com / Wrestling101.com.
This past week on Wednesday 7th of February I had the honor of interviewing K-Star wrestler Carl Corporate. This guy is a star in the making, and it was a pleasure doing this interview and would like to thank Carl for his time.
